ADBH appeals the decision of SAC |

The Association for development of the Bulgarian healthcare has appealed the decision of the three-members session of the SAC on the case filed by DKC I Russe OOD. The claim of DKC I Russe OOD is against the Regulative standards and the ban to doctors to work in more than one contracts with hospitals. The cassation claim classifies the decision of the three-members session of the SAC as unjustified and biased. An objection is made that the court has not justified its conclusions and has not looked into and has refused the arguments of the claim. We remind that as an interest party to the case besides ADBH also BDA was constituted and it also stated motives in favor of the plaintiff. It is worrying that SAC has not found time to deliver duly the decision of the three-member session and that is conducive to postponement the case and to taking a final decision at a time when there will not be factual consequences which has happened with many such cases so far.
