 This week in front of the Supreme Administrative court two cases against the ministry of health ended. Both cases are filed umder the Law on the responsibility of the state and the municipalities for damages. In one of the cases the claim is because of faulty equipment for radio therapy that led to the death of the patient. In the other case the ministry of health failed to provide medicines under Regulation 34 that consequently led to the death of the patient. The court has to decide with a final ruling.
Administrative court Pernik assigned an expertise for the case filed by MC Iztok OOD. The Supreme administrative court dealt with the case after a claim form C.V. against LHIS Vidin. Administrative court Gabrovo proceeded with the case of the claim of d-r G.S. against LHIS Gabrovo. A decision is pending from Administrative court Kyustendil on the claim of MC Tes Medical against LHIS Kyustendil. A session of Administrative division of SCC assigned a court - financial expertise for the case filed by the Association for development of the Bulgarian healthcare against NHIS for the unlawful increase of the price of 57 clinical paths in 2006.
