The lawsuit about Herceptin began PDF Print E-mail
Sofiq city court finally proceeded with the collective claim filed by CZPZ and patients with breast cancer who have been refused treatment with Herceptin by NH. That has been the second collective claim that is filed in our country. The first is about the refusal of NHIS to provide treatment to the patients with chronic virus hepatitis and however there are no developments of the case due to a series of resignations of judges. After a long delay the court set the first session of the case for 15th of January 2010 and then the medical expertise will be presented and witnesses will be questioned.
