A sanction of LHIS Kyustendil revoked by the court PDF Print E-mail
A session of Administrative court Kyustendil revoked as unlawful an Order for sanctions and a Written notice to reimburse groundlessly received sums of the Director of LHIS Kyustendil. The cited administrative acts sanction MC Medical OOD Kyustendil for 1382 leva. The Court has assumed that both acts have been issued in substantial violation of the material law rules. The Director of LHIS Kyustendil is sentenced to pay 1050 lv of lawsuit expenses to MC Tes Medical OOD.
