Administrative court Vidin has revoked a sanction of RHIF PDF Print E-mail
A plenary session of Administrative Court Vidin revoked an Order of RHIF Vidin that sanctions ET APMPIP d-r Valentina Koleva. The sanction was imposed for 'violation of the Rules for good medical practice'. The court case included a protocol of the Arbitrage commission that as usual did not reach a decision due to equal votes. After the court-medical expertise the court has assumed that the order of the Director of LHIS is unlawful and has revoked it, meanwhile the court has awarded to the plaintif 300 leva for process expenses.
