On 03.11.2009 District Court Plovdiv will hold a first session of the case of S.B. against MBAL Plovdiv AD. The claim is for damages caused as a result of wrongly placed artificial pelvis joint. Sofia court of Appeal revoked the ruling of Sofia city court that terminates the case of the Collective claim of the patients with chronic virus hepatitis.
On 09.11.2009 Administrative court Kyustendil will proceed with the case of MC Tes Medical against a sanction of LHIS. The sanction is imposed for carrying out consultative check-ups of patients that should have been dispensarized.
A session of Kyustendil District court confirmed the decision of the Local court on the case of d-r V.D. against LHIS. The case is led by the general claim order for unpaid sums by LHIS due to exceeded Regulative standards. As we already announced the Local court sentenced NHIS to reimburse to d-r V.D. the deducted sums for 2007 and 2008.
A session of the Supreme administrative court dealt with case of the claim of MC Centre for express medical diagnostics Vidin against a sanction of LHIS. The decision of the court has to be announced.
In Administrative court Gabrovo two cases were filed after claims from d-r G.S. and d-r T.T. against sanctions imposed by LHIS.
On 17.11.2009 a session of Administrative court Pernik will proceed with the case of the claim of MC Iztok against sanctions imposed by LHIS Pernik.
