Circus , the minister promised helicopters |
Today the rhetoric of MH reached an original peak. In the attempt to justify the mindless plan for the closure of 170 hospitals the minister of health d-r Bojidar Nanev promised that the urgent patients would be transported by helicopters. For the purpose there was an agreement with the ministry of defence about the military helicopters 'Cugar'. They were not equipped for medical purposes and there was no provision of money for the flights but that would also happen if there was money in the budget. We expect the ministry of health to organize training courses for parachute jumps for the doctors and nurses. Two days prior to that famous statement minister Nanev announced that he reached an agreement with the mayor of Ardino municipality and he gave a 'gratis period' to the hospital to meet the unlawful requirements. We can only guess in which role d-r Nanev give gratis periods and thus decides for whom the law is observed and for who not. Today the mayor of Ardino municipality Mr Murad sent letters for assistance to CPRH, the Ombudsman and the President. It turned out that the hospital had received a delegated budget that would be enough for exactly two months. Similar unfulfilled promises will be probably given in Pirdop where minister Nanev will visit tomorrow and promise gratis periods. In the spirit of that terminology we kindly ask the minister to pay attention to another bank term - 'due date of payments'.
